Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or Capability Building.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning and capability development initiatives.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders in a global, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for Capability Development within the L&D team and drive priorities.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to identify capability needs.
• Translate priorities into targeted learning strategies and development plans.
• Define and track KPIs for capability development initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver capability-building initiatives.
