Job summary

EDP is seeking a senior strategic finance leader to drive value for CS Europe, overseeing financial and operational performance across regions. You will challenge business cases, optimize pricing and profitability, and guide cross-country initiatives in a matrix organization.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy or corporate finance, strong P&L understanding, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with exposure to P&L and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as value management for CS Europe, driving financial, operational and strategic performance.
• Ensure investment discipline and challenge of business cases, pricing models, assumptions and profitability.
• Monitor end-to-end portfolio profitability from origination through operations.
• Lead transversal performance excellence initiatives including profitability improvement and OPEX efficiency.
• Support strategic projects and the structuring of new business models and products.
• Coordinate post-merger integration, earnout management and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic and analytical support to CS Europe Lead and Country Managers.
