EDP is seeking a seasoned Organizational Design professional to support design initiatives across the group, shaping structures, roles, and operating models. The role involves data-driven analysis, executive-ready presentations, and collaboration with P&O teams in a hybrid work setting in Lisbon.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management-related fields, have experience in design projects, and are fluent in English; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience in Organizational Design, Human Resources/People & Organization, or Management Consulting.
• Knowledge of Organizational Design and Operating Model principles.
• Strong organizational analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in preparing executive presentations and structured documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Support the EDP Group’s Organizational Design initiatives and develop methodologies and tools.
• Participate in design and redesign projects, analyzing structures, roles, and operating models.
• Develop organizational analyses and recommendations from data.
• Support definition and evolution of methodologies, standards, processes and tools.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision-making materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and P&O teams to implement organizational initiatives.
• Monitor progress, ensure deadlines and high-quality deliverables.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, and information for decision-making.
