Arrow Global Portugal is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to promote developments to potential buyers and drive new business in Lisbon. You will identify leads, negotiate proposals, and coordinate with marketing, product and customer success to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/law and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Weekend flexibility is a plus for coverage and events.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, law or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Weekend availability when required.

Responsabilités

• Present and promote the development to potential buyers.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new sales leads.
• Negotiate and prepare commercial proposals; support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to align sales efforts.
• Maintain and update client and leads database.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Own the commercial areas, ensuring they meet standards.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors.
