Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in retail with a year in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and a passion for sport-inspired performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Algarve region with opportunities to influence daily store

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in retail with at least 1 year in a managerial or senior retail role.
• Experience driving sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals and KPIs while driving profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience in line with brand values.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage store staff with performance feedback.
• Engage on the sales floor and coach employees on the shop floor.
• Oversee store operations, POS accuracy and daily tasks.
• Manage scheduling, loss prevention and inventory counts.
