Under Armour in Portugal seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and deliver results with a customer-focused mindset. You will help drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure a high standard of presentation and brand compliance.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, analyze sales trends for real-time decisions, and support omni-channel initiatives while upholding UA policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws including federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily store operations to meet sales, profitability, and key objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and a well-presented floor.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Lead areas such as Talent, Visuals and Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through Apps, Social campaigns and contests.
• Deliver a compelling vision and core competencies in daily work.
• Recognize and reward teammate performance; address issues promptly.
• Communicate priority issues to Store Manager and collaborate on solutions.
• Reinforce Under Armour policies and procedures with staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
