Dwelly is seeking a highly talented Product Designer to shape experiences across Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments, CRM, and back-office tools. You’ll understand user personas and design for both customer-facing portals and internal operations, building a design system from the ground up.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product design with a portfolio spanning complex/operational tools and consumer-facing products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills; systems thinking; attention to detail.
• Able to prototype and ship designs quickly, including using AI.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions across personas.
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs for customer-facing products and internal tools.
• Own the design process from concept and prototyping through to polished specs and hand-off.
• Build and maintain a shared design system and component library across the product suite.
