Dwelly is building an AI operating system for residential lettings. We are hiring a fully remote Applied AI Engineer to design agentic infrastructure, evaluation, and orchestration that powers automations across Dwelly’s workflows.

You will push toward reusable primitives and production-ready AI systems that work with real business data and needs. Your work spans memory, context management, tool-calling, and orchestration, ensuring scalability as Dwelly grows across the UK, Ireland, and EU time

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering background with independent delivery of complex systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI or agentic systems in production.
• Experience with reliability, latency, context management, evaluation and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic infrastructure including memory, context management, tool-calling, orchestration, and feedback loops.
• Move to reusable infrastructure for new workflows with predictable reliability.
• Develop evaluation and observability frameworks to understand agent performance.
• Create workflows where coding agents and subagents explore repositories and iterate with minimal human input.
