Pleo is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to own the analytics layer for Growth Intelligence. You’ll shape architecture, metric contracts, and governance, partnering with RevOps, CX, CS, and data teams to enable scalable, AI-ready insights.

You’ll mentor analysts, define production-grade analytics, and drive data quality improvements across GTM functions, with hybrid/remote options and a focus on scalable data solutions.

Qualificações

• Senior or lead level experience in data analytics or analytics engineering in a fast-paced SaaS org.
• Expert SQL and dbt; design clean, tested data models and layering decisions.
• Strong Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for analytics code.
• Fluency with BigQuery and performance/cost optimization at scale.
• Mastery of a modern BI tool (Looker/Omni) and data contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytics layer architecture for GTM data from acquisition to retention.
• Identify and resolve upstream data quality issues and governance.
• Define canonical GTM metrics in semantic layer with Data Services & Governance.
• Partner with leadership to shape questions worth answering.
• Lead in-depth analyses of customer behavior, performance, and retention.
• Design governance and experimentation with rigorous statistical methods.
• Build self-serve analytics and AI-ready data products.
• Mentor analysts through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to engineering/analytic standards across the data community.
