Moniepoint Group is hiring an Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decisions across product, growth, and operations. You will own the analytics roadmap, drive experimental design, and produce insights that shape acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation strategies.

You will manage a high-performing analytics team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure scalable data governance while delivering measurable business impact and revenue growth.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for multiple functions.
• Strong analytical skills and habit of building benchmarks and metrics.
• Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation.
• Ability to mentor and scale analytics teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a disciplined analytics team and own a data roadmap.
• Build, manage and grow an analytics organisation.
• Forecasts, cohort analyses, and lifecycle insights to inform growth and monetisation.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering to ensure right data is collected.
• Define growth metrics and drive improvements across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
