Salt is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a team of up to 4 Data Analysts and drive data-led decisions across Product and Supply & Logistics. You will shape the analytics roadmap and collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.

You will need 5+ years in data analytics, 1+ year in a leadership role, and strong SQL with Snowflake. A solid grounding in statistics, A/B testing, product analytics and data modelling is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional Data Analytics experience.
• 1+ years managing or leading Data Analysts.
• Experience managing remote/international teams.
• Strong people management, coaching and hiring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of up to 4 Data Analysts.
• Own and prioritise the team’s analytics roadmap and backlog.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Drive analytical initiatives across Product, Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Translate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Manage performance, development and regular 1:1s.
• Support hiring and build out the analytics team.
• Promote a stronger data-driven culture across the organisation.
• Introduce relevant analytical, statistical and AI-driven approaches.
