Growtoday AB is seeking a Data Engineering Team Lead to guide our data team and partner with product, business, and marketing to drive data-driven decisions. You will design and oversee data pipelines, analytics, and visualization efforts across the company.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning in the Ethereum analytics space, with flexible work arrangements and opportunities to shape the data platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a data-driven role, preferably in a fast-growing startup.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and data visualization.
• Experience building scalable data architectures and pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to leverage data to inform product and business decisions.
• Grow and prioritize the data team initiatives for maximum impact.
• Architect and build scalable data engineering infrastructure.
• Proactively introduce new data sources and insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends and present findings to the wider team.
• Ensure easy access to data trends for all team members.
• Stay updated on analytics tools and Ethereum data extraction techniques.
• Assess the effectiveness of new data sources and gathering methods.
