Jobgether is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Data in Portugal to shape a high-impact data platform. You will design scalable data ingestion, storage, and processing across Go, Kotlin, Rust, and Python, while guiding architectural direction and maintaining strong quality.

You’ll mentor engineers in a fully distributed, async-friendly team, focusing on correctness, performance, and ownership in a remote-first environment. Equity and a competitive package accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Design and ship distributed data systems with careful contracts and invariants.
• Experience with large-scale data ingestion, processing, and storage.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical work plans.
• Proven ability to work across multiple languages and tools.
