Jobgether, in partnership with a technology leader, is hiring a Software Engineer for Data Infrastructure & Acquisition based in Portugal. You will build and scale data ingestion pipelines, extending cloud infrastructure and data sources to support AI model training.
This remote, distributed-first role offers ownership, collaboration with researchers and engineers, and impact on global datasets. You will work on Python-based pipelines, GCP infrastructure, Terraform, Docker, and large-scale data
Qualificações
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems or data infrastructure.
- Experience with Python and Linux-based development workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain large-scale data ingestion and acquisition pipelines.
- Extend cloud infrastructure (GCP) using IaC tools like Terraform.
- Identify and integrate new data sources into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to improve data quality and throughput.
- Design and contribute to dataset strategy and architecture for long-term scalability.
