You’ll work across publishing, e-commerce, social platforms, and other open-web projects, with a focus on scalable, reliable production systems and high-quality engineering.

This fully distributed role emphasizes code quality, peer review, and open-source collaboration.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated professional experience as a software engineer with production-quality software.
• Willingness to become proficient in PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with software systems at scale, backend performance, and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software across a broad product ecosystem.
• Debug complex issues and make thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Reason across abstraction layers and consider architectural trade-offs.
• Collaborate across teams in a fully distributed environment and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to open-source projects and embrace transparent development practices.
