Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps professional to ensure the reliability and performance of our AI Orchestration Platform. You will lead incident response, define SLOs, and enhance observability while automating provisioning and scaling through IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Fluent English is required, with a hybrid work model in Porto. The role emphasizes collaboration with development teams and adherence to reliability best practices across the SDLC.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in SRE/DevOps/platform/backend with production systems experience.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on Kubernetes production experience.
• Scripting/automation with Python or Go.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a hybrid Porto environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident response for critical production issues, driving post-mortems and implementing lasting improvements.
• Define, monitor, and enforce SLOs, error budgets, and toil budgets to maintain system health.
• Enhance observability across services, improving metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting systems.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and failure handling through infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into the software development lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and operability of the AI Orchestration Platform.
