• Provide comprehensive L1-L3 ERP application support for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Diagnose, resolve incidents and perform functional/technical analysis.
• Maintain and administer ERP applications to ensure stability.
• Improve support processes and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support and administer Triskell, including basic configuration.

What will you do?

• Provide comprehensive 2, and 3 support for ERP applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, performing functional and technical analysis of issues.
• Perform application maintenance and administration to ensure the stability and reliability of the ERP system.
• Contribute to improving support processes and service quality, including performing root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
• Provide application support and administration for Triskell, managing basic platform configuration and assisting business users.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in ERP application support or administration, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience providing Level 1, 2, and 3 application support in environments with business-critical applications.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds with operational rigor.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of business processes to translate requirements into application solutions.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication.
• Experience with Triskell support and administration, including basic platform configuration.
