Aubay Portugal is seeking a capable IT professional to investigate and resolve client issues within the payments domain. You will handle tickets, monitor production, and automate tests using Selenium while contributing to monitoring with Splunk.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience in banking is valued. The role follows a hybrid work model (2/3 days on-site) and offers a collaborative, ethics-driven environment.

What will you do?

• Investigate and resolve issues, drafting responses to client requests in English.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a background in banking (investment or private banking) being highly valued.
• Solid proficiency in J2EE, Angular, Python, Bash scripting, and SQL.

• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose production incidents within complex technical environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is considered a significant advantage.
