Decskill, an IT consulting firm with international presence, is seeking an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator & DevOps to join our Lisbon/Porto teams. You will define technical solutions, ensure production readiness, and support agile delivery across multiple environments.

The role emphasizes infrastructure security, monitoring, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient services for our clients.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in IT Operations, Production Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, and Application Production Support.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on monitoring/observability with ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
• Experience with DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of IT Risk Management, Cyber Security, and production governance.
• Experience with deployment processes, environment management, monitoring, and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical solutions considering production, infrastructure, security and ops.
• Translate requirements into project scope and technical user stories.
• Promote production-ready infrastructure services to improve resilience and security.
• Support development teams by implementing technical user stories and accelerating delivery.
• Provide guidance and training on production best practices to Agile/DevOps teams.
• Coordinate provisioning of production and infra resources for deployment.
• Support deployments across production and non-production environments.
• Validate backups, data accessibility, performance, and system availability.
• Conduct security reviews and ensure access traceability.
• Identify operational issues and propose mitigations.
• Define and monitor service levels, KPIs and observability.
• Maintain documentation for installation, operations and recovery.
• Assist incident resolution, releases, and disaster recovery planning/testing.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in production environments.
• Collaborate with Application Production Support to promote best practices.
