Web Summit is seeking native Mandarin speakers to attract and engage with China's tech leaders for our global events. You will conduct deep-dive speaker research, craft high-level pitches, and pitch session concepts while coordinating complex scheduling for high-profile speakers.

The role covers outreach, editorial input on session ideas, and meticulous speaker data management, with travel to China and standard event travel. Hybrid office attendance in Lisbon, Porto or Dublin is required.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of China's tech and business ecosystem.
• Familiar with China-specific research and outreach tools.

• Fluency in English and native-level Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Research potential speakers, their announcements, and business needs for pitching.
• Outreach with compelling high-level pitches to keep momentum.
• Pitch on session concepts, titles, and narrative angles.
• Manage speaker data, confirmations, and scheduling for VIPs.
• Brief and prepare for meetings with VIPs to align goals.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for trips within China and events.
