Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant for our client in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will serve as the primary contact for international travelers, coordinating car rentals and ensuring smooth logistics within the travel industry.

Native or fluent Spanish and strong English are required, EU passport, and willingness to relocate. The role offers fully paid training, relocation support, and a competitive monthly salary with performance bonuses.

Qualificações

• Spanish: Native or fluent (spoken and written).
• English: Strong proficiency.
• EU passport: required to relocate and work in Bulgaria.
• Relocation: willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end car rental bookings and modifications for international clients.
• Provide guidance on vehicle types, travel insurance, and rental policies in Spanish.
• Resolve complex travel queries with professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with global travel partners to confirm availability and details.
• Process payments and update rental agreements in internal systems.
• Maintain records of rental transactions and client interactions to improve service quality.
• Act as a brand ambassador upholding service excellence.
