Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will handle complex B2B inquiries, provide service consultations, and ensure high client satisfaction within our international client base.

Relocation to Sofia is required; we offer a fully paid relocation package, training, health insurance, and a performance bonus, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic European recruitment environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
• Proven experience in a B2B or customer-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the Customer Support Services sector.
• Availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex B2B client inquiries through professional communication channels.
