Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a part-time role (30 hours per week). You will respond to inquiries in Spanish, provide accurate information, and deliver a positive customer experience in a friendly, professional manner.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 with a lunch break. Salary ranges from €712.50 to €760 per month, plus a €7 meal allowance per working day; applicants must be locally based in Lisbon.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish (C2) written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
