Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a part-time role. You will handle enquiries in Spanish, provide helpful information, and ensure a professional and efficient customer experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00, with a monthly salary of €475 and a €7 meal allowance per working day. Local candidates only, relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (C2) written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities
