Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist clients with paid campaigns and help grow their digital presence.

The role covers customer support via phone, email, and chat, campaign setup guidance, optimization, and collaboration with marketing and tech teams. Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+), plus experience in paid campaign management, are required.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar).
• Degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management.
• Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
• Work closely with marketing and technical teams.
