CBTalents is seeking a Spanish & English speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon, on-site. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat while assisting clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English (C1+), experience with paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar), and a marketing degree. You will work closely with marketing and technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar).
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Already located in Lisbon.
