CBTalents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish & English Marketing Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with paid campaigns and campaign setup. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, and work closely with marketing and technical teams to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Marketing-related degree, is fluent in Spanish and English, and has experience in Google Ads or similar paid campaigns. This is an on-site Lisbon role with rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1+).
• Experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads or similar).
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with paid marketing campaigns and account management.
• Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance.
