Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer care agent for a 12-month contract in Lisbon, starting in November/December. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide clear information, and resolve issues while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Work full-time on rotating shifts, enjoy health insurance, flight-ticket reimbursement, and free Portuguese language classes as you support an international, multicultural team.

We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions
