Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll be the voice of the brand across channels, assisting customers, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note you must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, which is mandatory.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
