Beyond Gravity in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and publish job ads, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn and other networks.

You bring 4–6 years of recruitment experience in international or industrial environments, fluent English and German, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. The role offers hybrid work, salary competitiveness, meal allowance and health benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in international/industrial settings.
• Experience with ATS (preferably SuccessFactors) and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for external hires from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and publish job ads.
• Source and engage candidates via professional networks and social media.
