Job summary

Reach AI Labs Inc. in Lisbon is hiring a Software Engineer to build the core systems powering our AI agents, data pipelines, and orchestration. This is not just API wrapping; you will design architecture and production-grade features used by leading tech brands.

As one of the first engineers, you’ll own features end-to-end, work across frontend, backend and AI integrations, and collaborate with a scrappy founding team that values speed, clarity, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures, system design, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python) stacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from first line of code to production.
• Talk to users, ship fast, and break things sensibly.
• Collaborate with a lean founding team to define the technical trajectory.
• Work across frontend, backend, AI/orchestration, and infrastructure domains.
