Tally in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build end-to-end features across the stack, from backend services to user-facing experiences, with ownership over technical decisions.

You will work on AI-powered workflows, integrating LLMs with deterministic logic, and shape our architecture as the product and team grow. This is an in-office role, five days a week, in Lisbon.

Competenze

• Strong engineering fundamentals across design, build, and maintenance of production systems.
• Proficiency in Python with Django and PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Ownership mindset and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Interest in AI engineering and working with LLMs and agentic workflows.
