Reach in Lisbon is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to own the end-to-end Reach web app, from ideation and UX/UI design to implementation. You will be a hands-on builder shaping a user-facing product with the polish of top design tools.

You’ll champion the user, talk to users, and collaborate with AI engineers to design interfaces that control and display AI agents. Equity and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Own the end-to-end development of the Reach web app, from ideation and UX/UI design to implementation.
• Champion the user in every decision and own the user experience from sketch to polished code.
• Talk to users constantly to understand workflows, identify friction points, and build an experience they love.
• Be obsessed with performance, accessibility, and the small details that separate a good product from a great one.
• Work directly with the AI engineer to design interfaces that control and display the work of the AI agents.
