Job summary

Team IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. You will shape platform infrastructure, establish standards, and collaborate across engineering, data science, and business teams to translate challenges into scalable AI use cases.

You will design enterprise-grade AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and related ML technologies, mentor colleagues, and contribute to governance, documentation, and operational excellence for AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile software engineering with full lifecycle
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions
• Practical experience with LLMs and RAG techniques
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems and architectures
• Experience with cloud AI services and DevOps pipelines
• Experience building microservices with Flask, Django, or Spring

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions
• Develop AI platform infrastructure and integrations with internal systems
• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using LLMs and RAG
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams
• Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered services and microservices
