Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support/Change Management professional to join our team. You will focus on HARVEST technology and automate the software lifecycle, coordinating builds, tests and deployments in multi-environment setups.

You will apply ITIL/ISO20000 practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role includes a hybrid work model and requires Portuguese residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Application Support or Change Management focusing on HARVEST.
• Solid knowledge of Software Change and Configuration Management and the full SDLC.
• Ability to create creative automation solutions and troubleshoot build tools.
• Experience configuring build, test, deploy stages and diagnosing issues.
• Familiarity with Java, Perl, or Shell Script, and SQL.
• Understanding ITIL and ISO20000 standards.
• English (B1) and Portuguese language skills.
• Residency in Portugal (EU citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card).
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Automate software compilation, promotion, and distribution across its lifecycle.

• Verify post-deployment functionality and monitor rollout.

What will you do?

• Ensure the automation of software compilation, promotion, and distribution throughout its lifecycle.
• Promote releases from testing environments to Production, preparing both the Delivery and Implementation Plans.
• Verify system functionality post-deployment and monitor the roll-out initiation.
• Maintain the stability of development, certification, pre-production, and production environments.
• Install applications on proprietary servers and support installation on third-party servers.

What are we looking for?

• English language skills (minimum B1) and Portuguese (mandatory).
