Celebrity Cruises seeks a Front Desk Manager to own guest experiences aboard our ship, ensuring premium, personalized service across all touchpoints. You will lead a 30+ member Guest Services team and coordinate with back- and front-of-house departments to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires 4+ years in a managerial front desk or general manager position on a cruise and a proven ability to manage 100+ guests with composure under pressure, upholding standards and health guidelines.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Front Desk Managerial or General Manager in a cruise ship.
• Experience handling 100+ guests in a 4–5-star hotel.
• Supervising 30+ team members in Guest Services.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• All duties aligned with Celebrity Cruises WAYS standards, health, safety and KPIs.
• Maintains professionalism and emergency preparedness as brand representative.
• Ability to resolve issues, drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong administrative skills with data metrics like guest counts and desk volume.

Responsabilidades

• Own and oversee Front Desk operations to ensure premium guest service.
• Serve as liaison between Front Desk, hotel and marine departments.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Manage financial transactions, cash handling and reporting.
