You will drive automation for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting; develop ServiceNow enhancements, integrations and self-service solutions; participate in upgrades and releases; create support tools, reports and documentation; collaborate with offshore and onsite IT and business teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with platform architecture in multi-module environments.
• Strong automation, integration and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of releases, upgrades and ITSM modules.

Responsabilidades
