Prime Nearshore in Portugal seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major banking project. You will configure, customize, and develop the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM modules such as Incident and Problem Management, collaborating with technical and business teams.

You will translate requirements into robust solutions, build workflows and integrations via REST APIs and IntegrationHub, create dashboards, and ensure governance and security best practices.

Qualificações

• Experience building, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
• CSA certification mandatory and English language proficiency between B2 and C1.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM focus).
• Develop workflows, automations, and integrations with external systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions; support end users and incidents.
