Intermedia is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions that improve business workflows and user experience. You will partner with IT, Security, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platform capabilities.

You will help build and enhance the ServiceNow platform, develop integrations and automations, support ITSM workflows, and ensure solutions are secure, well‑documented, and aligned with platform standards.

Qualificações

• 3–6+ years of experience developing, administering, or supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow enhancements from requirements through production deployment.
• Experience with ITSM, enterprise service management, or business workflow automation environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support ITSM workflows, governance, and security practices.
