Nordex Group is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to own and continuously improve our ServiceNow platform. You will manage backlog, analyze requirements for new workflows, and steer related projects with Change & Release Management.

You will monitor integrations to IT services like SAP and provide 2nd level support while coordinating external teams. You will maintain close relationships with key business users, develop training materials, and push continuous knowledge growth of ServiceNow

Qualificações

University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience incl. ITSM/ITOM/CSM.
Strong understanding of integrations, ServiceNow architecture and governance.
Ability to translate business needs into stable, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Proactive ownership and collaboration with international colleagues.

Responsabilidades

Ownership and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across IT and business processes.
Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows; project prep and implementation.
Steering ServiceNow projects; Change & Release Management.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations to other IT services (e.g., SAP).
Provide 2nd level support and coordinate external teams.
Maintain relationships with business users and stakeholders.
Develop user training concepts and documentation.
Pursue continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow technologies and best practices.
