FOX IT in Lisbon seeks a ServiceNow L3 developer to join an innovative, international project. You will work on ServiceNow development, platform architecture, and multi-module integrations.

The role requires 3-7 years of experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on expertise in REST/SOAP, AD/AzureAD/ LDAP, and automation. This hybrid position offers vacation, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3–7 years' experience with ServiceNow development and platform architecture in a multi‑module environment.
• Hands-on experience in system integrations and process automation (Workflow Data Fabric).
• Strong experience in Web Service Integration using REST and SOAP.
• Directory service integration experience (AD, AzureAD, LDAP).
• Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML and SQL.
• ITSM/ITOM knowledge; exposure to HRSD/CSM is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS/AKS; reporting focus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive automation efforts for application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerts.
• Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow.
• Develop enhancements with offshore managed services; create/update forms and portals.
• Collaborate with users/ops to understand requirements and translate to self-service options.
• Investigate and rollout ServiceNow features such as ATF and virtual agents.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and coordinate release timing with quality checks.

ServiceNow L3 developer

We're seeking for a ServiceNow L3 developer to join an innovative and International project.

Project: We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 developer, Technical Analyst, Release Coordinator who has between 3-7 years of experience with ServiceNow development, platform architecture, in a multi-module environment.

• 3 - 7 years' experience as Tooling Engineer or in a similar role
• Should be a problem solver with excellent communication skills - Hands on experience in system integrations and process automations (Workflow Data Fabric)
• Strong experience in Web Service Integration using REST and SOAP
• Strong experience in Directory Service Integration (Active Directory, AzureAD, LDAP, etc.)
• Strong experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, databases, SQL, etc.
• Strong experience with ITSM/ITOM required.
• Exposure to other modules like HRSD, CSM are good to have.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS, AKS, etc.
• Experience using software development tools / IDEs
• Experience using code repositories
• Good understanding of ITIL framework
• Good reporting skills
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive automation efforts targeting application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting activities, etc.
• Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow
• Develop enhancements in coordination with offshore managed service team. It includes (but not limited to) creating requests, update forms, customize portal, customize process workflow
• Collaborate with Application Users/Operations Teams to understand requirements, use cases and transform them Self Service options
• Investigate and rollout ServiceNow feature: ATF, virtual agents, ...
• Support ServiceNow upgrade
• Coordinate release of enhancements: make sure release is developed and test on time, with good quality
