Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to develop and price service solutions across the customer lifecycle. You will negotiate maintenance contracts, spare parts strategies, remote support, modernization and lifecycle extensions.

You will bridge customers with service operations, engineering and commercial teams, turning technical needs into commercially viable proposals and contributing to new service opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in preparing, costing and negotiating complex service proposals.
• Strong understanding of maintenance concepts, service contracts, asset lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex service proposals covering maintenance, remote support, parts, modernization and upgrades.
• Analyze customer operations and contracts to identify value and total cost of ownership.
• Translate requirements into clear, commercial offers with scope, assumptions and exclusions.
• Build pricing and commercial models with delivery, engineering, purchasing, finance and legal teams.
• Identify risks and define mitigation measures for technical and commercial aspects.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure accurate, compliant proposals delivered on time.
