Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services in Portugal invites you to join our MSD team as a 12-month paid intern. You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, service portfolios, and automation initiatives while supporting continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of service portfolios, volumes, workloads, and operational performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization activities.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations.
