Job summary

Siemens Mobility's Global Business Services arm is seeking a senior AI transformation consultant to steer AI-driven digitalization across client projects. You will identify opportunities, lead AI and GenAI workshops, and advise on Agentic AI approaches, collaborating with executives and cross‑functional teams.

You will map processes, design strategic AI roadmaps, and orchestrate ideation and implementation sessions to embed AI solutions into existing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Digital Consulting, Digitalization Transformation or AI-driven transformation projects, or a similar strategic role.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, Machine Learning models, Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, image generation, code generation), and particularly Agentic AI principles and frameworks.
• Proven proficiency in process mapping, process re-engineering, and complex requirements gathering within an enterprise context.
• Experience working with stakeholders across different levels, business units and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and run AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI workshops with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide AI consultation to assess processes and advise on disruptive AI-driven optimization and transformation.
• Lead solution ideation and implementation sessions with UX, architects, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders; bridge business and tech teams.
