Valmet is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator in Portugal, hybrid work. You will support spare parts sales, coordinate site and field service tasks, and manage orders and invoicing with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a 5+ year track record in similar roles, strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, and experience with SAP in a technical engineering environment. Office locations include Ovar or Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience with similar duties.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing spare parts sales activities for PEC Portugal and South Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
• Deliver customer support for spare parts sales.
• Monitor and follow up on field service and spare parts deliveries and invoicing.
• Coordinate and execute administrative tasks supporting service business operations as well as field service and on-site work incl. pre-shutdown activities.
• Execute administrative tasks related to invoicing, finance, and supply chain processes.
• Providing support with clear and effective quotation preparation and order handling process.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices.
