Job summary

KCS IT, based in Lisbon, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Mid/Senior) for Hybrid, Remote, or Onsite projects. You will work on ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, integrations, and automation, collaborating with stakeholders across client environments.

The role offers training and international exposure, including Benelux projects, with a focus on ITIL practices and robust DevOps-style tooling. Strong English communication is required; knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform, SQL and XML is a plus, as

Qualifications

• Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and automation using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory, Azure AD or LDAP.
• Knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric.
• Good knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Experience with development tools and code repositories.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, including communication with stakeholders and technical documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and/or CSM.
• Knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform, SQL and XML.
• ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• Experience working in complex integration and automation environments.
