KCS IT, founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Senior Software Architect to lead technical decisions, guide architecture, and ensure scalable, secure systems across projects for diverse clients.

The role combines hands-on backend and frontend guidance with cloud-native practices, microservices, and CI/CD, in a hybrid model in Portugal. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Java or Python.
• Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD processes.
• Automation and configuration management experience.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Make technical decisions in projects using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Define development guidelines and support teams in following best practices across frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).
• Use and manage container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to ensure deployments are efficient and secure.
• Design and improve enterprise application architectures for scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Make technical decisions in projects using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring good practices and efficient use of resources.


• Define development guidelines and support teams in following best practices across frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).


• Use and manage container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to ensure applications are deployed efficiently, reliably, and securely.


• Design and improve enterprise application architectures that can grow while maintaining good performance, security, and easy maintenance.

• Proven experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Strong backend development skills using technologies such as Node.js, Java, and Python.


• Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD processes, and automation.
