Vector Synergy in Oeiras, Portugal, is seeking an experienced project and service delivery professional to support the NCI Academy's day-to-day business activities. You will apply project management principles and tools to ensure timely delivery of invoices and quarterly reports.

The role involves contributing to service lifecycle processes, liaising with Agency Finance, and working in an international environment with military and civilian elements; NATO Secret clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools ;
• Generating quarterly reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time to the appropriate recipients ;
• Contributing toservice lifecycle processes in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.

• Proven experience of project management or service delivery management including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc );
• Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers;
• Prior experience with pricing estimation and proposal development ;

• Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
• Knowledgeof NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
