Flix is seeking a Senior Zendesk Administrator to own core Zendesk configuration across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging. You will translate business requirements into production setups, manage omnichannel routing, and ensure clean, scalable configurations as the user base grows.

You will work closely with SMEs, trainers, IT, and project leads to deliver migrations, go-lives, and hypercare while documenting every deviation for Centre of Excellence standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on Zendesk administration in production environments (Enterprise plans).
• Experience configuring triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, omnichannel routing, and multi-brand setups.
• Ability to read API docs, work with REST/webhooks, and discuss integrations with engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging for multiple markets.
• Set up channels (Voice, email, webform, messaging, Help Center) in local languages.
• Translate migration plans into production configurations and support go-lives and hypercare.
• Define integration requirements for backend systems and test results with engineers.
• Document configuration and market deviations to Centre of Excellence standards.
