Flix is seeking a hands-on Zendesk Manager/Developer of Solutions for Migrations into Zendesk. You will configure core Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging for multiple markets, managing the blueprint, workflows, and omnichannel routing.

You will translate business requirements into production configurations, own what is shipped, roll out market waves, test, go-live, and provide hypercare support while coordinating with IT, training, and product teams.

Qualificações

• Zendesk experience: 5+ years administering in production on Enterprise plans.
• Experience scaling Zendesk across brands, markets, or languages.
• Experience configuring channel breadth (Talk, Messaging, Help Center).
• Understanding REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API keys for integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Platform configuration: maintain Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging; manage fields, forms, groups, views, macros, triggers, automations, SLA policies, omnichannel routing, brands, and roles.
• Channel setup: configure Voice, email, webform, messaging, and Help Center per market, in local language.
• Rollout delivery: translate migration plans into configuration, test cycles, go-live and hypercare.
• Integrations: design requirements for API integrations and coordinate with engineering teams.
